Dr. Silver graduated from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences, Philadelphia, Pa with Summa Cum Laude distinction. He received his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA, with Summa Cum Laude distinction. He completed his internship and residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, and continued there to complete a fellowship in cardiology.

I have recently been thrown unexpectedly into the medical arena. Following a rapid succession of appointments at various facilities, I typically leave my appts feeling insulted and dubious of the final prognostication. The Heart House has, by far, stood out and has proved to be the most positive experience among many. I was treated with respect, kindness and competence at each level of interaction with the staff at The Heart House. I needed to see Dr. Silver on very quick notice in order to obtain clearance for a procedure scheduled the next day. He found time for me and when we met he had familiarized himself with my case and already spoken with my electrophysiologiest.
